DENTAL RECEPTIONIST / PRACTICE MANAGER - BROWNS BAY, NORTH SHORE (AUCKLAND)

Bayside Dental Centre is amongst lots of cafes and a short stroll to the beach. We provide a wide range of dental services from prevention and hygiene to implants, Invisalign, full-mouth rehabilitation and cosmetic dentistry. We are a team of one Dentist, One Assistant and One Manager who will be available part-time to hand over. Responsibilites will include: Use of EXACT software of excellence dental program,  Accounts and Banking, General Reception duties including answering the telephone and managing the appointment book, Staff Management (hours and performance), Treatment co-ordination, ACC claims and invoicing, Ministry of Health claims and invoicing, Organisation of staff meetings/minutes, Emails/correspondence, Manage online bookings, Staff contracts and training, Marketing: facebook/adwords/instagram/website management and liaison with marketing agencies, Sterilization - can be trained. Dental Receptionist required Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.00pm, free parking provided. We are looking for an exceptional Dental Receptionist to join our friendly team. Quay Street Dental provides all aspects of general dentistry with a focus on cosmetic dentistry and smile makeovers. You must be competent with EXACT dental software and an ability to cover chair side in the case of illness would be an advantage.
