Affordable Dentists is a growing five-clinic Auckland group. Our books are full, our new patient numbers are climbing, and we have more patients than we can currently see.
We’re hiring now, with room for more. If you’re the right fit, there’s a place for you — and if two exceptional dentists come through, we’ll take both.
Pay
Strong commission structure. Established books from day one, plus a growing new patient base to build on. Our current dentists are earning $200k+. You won’t spend your first six months waiting for patients.
Your hours
4–5 days a week, including some Saturdays. Beyond that we’re flexible — early starts, late finishes, or a compressed week. We work around your life.
Who we’re looking for
A dentist with one to two years’ experience or more, who communicates well, builds patient trust, and wants to grow. Suits an early-career dentist wanting real mentorship, or an experienced clinician wanting a busy book without corporate politics.
